Laing Spa Pumps

Laing spa pumps are found in a wide variety of applications including hot tubs and spas. They produce a wide range of pumps which are well respected in the industry for reliability and safety.

Slow flow Laing Thermotech pride themselves on thinking outside the box to come with new and better ways of tackling the problem. Originating in Stuttgart, Germany in the 1970s the Laing family of companies first introduced unique solar and pump products. Today they have a large number of patents in various markets.

There are a number of different Laing Spa pumps available, including:

  • E10 pump – using ECM technology, this pump was designed to be energy efficient (up to 40% less energy) and uses variable speed technology. Compact and lightweight, that E 10 pump is extremely quiet. It’s quoted as getting 98 W of performance for only 65 W of power! The highly efficient open Impeller makes it resistant to clogging (and is balanced with carbon bearings for quiet operation) and the pump features dry run protection. That E 10 series of pumps are used for water circulation, aquariums, salt and fresh water etc.
  • Ecocirc E14 Pump – this energy-saving pump gets a 250 W of performance for only 108 W of power and uses ECM technology (electronically commutated motor). The pump is leakproof and includes dry run protection. It weighs less than four pounds and is very quiet. This pump is used in general-purpose pumping as well some of those applications we mentioned for that E 10 pump.
  • SM 1212 N 19, SM 1212 N 21, and SM 1212 N 26 Pump – a game offering seamless and is leakproof design this family of Laing spa pumps operates at less than 30 dB. It requires hundred and 40 W of power and the pump features dry run protection as with the other pumps.
  • SM 909 N 14, SM 909 N 18, SM 909 N 21, and SM 909 N 26 Pump  Family – leakproof (no mechanical seals) & quiet, these pumps have dry run cutout. The SM909 N14 uses 65 W line pressures to 50 PSI. The SM909 N18 requires 98 W with line pressure to 50 PSI. The SM909 N21 requires 98 W with line pressure to 30 PSI and the SM909 N26 requires 98 W and line pressure to 50 PSI.
  • SM 303 N pump – this low flow spa pump is quiet and rated for temperatures to 140 Fahrenheit and line pressure to 50 PSI. It requires 33 W and includes dry run cutout.
